We may occasionally update this policy. By using our services after such updates are made, you consent to our updates to this policy. DOGMII collects and uses information to enable reliable and convenient pet grooming services. We also use the information we collect for sending users notifications, customer support, payment processing, research and development, to enable communications to or between users, and to provide promotions. All of DOGMII’s information collection is used to support legitimate business interests.

Information that you provide to DOGMII, such as demographic and contact information provided when you create your DOGMII account and set up a user profile, payment and banking information, and user content such as ratings and reviews of groomers. Information created when you use our services, such as location, usage and device information. We may collect your precise or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address and WiFi. In some cases, we collect usage information about how you interact with our services. This includes information such as access dates and times through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers and may provide information about third-party sites or service you were using before interacting with our services.
Information generated by DOGMII, such as business verification and background check results for certain groomers.
Transaction and banking information which is shared with third parties limited to Bank of America and Authorize.Net to receive user payment processing information in order to facilitate payment to DOGMII for services. Additionally, we collect transaction details related to your use of our services, including the type of services you requested or provided, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, and payment method.
Communications data: We enable users to communicate with each other and DOGMII through the DOGMII apps, websites, and other services. For example, we enable users and groomers, to call or text each other (using masked phone numbers, without disclosing their telephone numbers or e-mail addresses to each other). To provide this service, DOGMII receives some information regarding the calls or texts, including the date and time of the call/text, and the content of the communications. DOGMII may also use this information for customer support services (including to resolve disputes between users), for safety and security purposes, to improve our products and services and for analytics.
DOGMII does not sell or share your personal information to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes. DOGMII uses your personal information internally in order to develop marketing techniques and advertising strategies.
Information Sharing Between Users and Groomers: If you are a user of services, DOGMII may share limited information with groomers about you including: your name, you pet’s name, and your location (only applicable if you are requesting in- home or mobile pet grooming). If you are a groomer offering in-home or mobile pet grooming services, DOGMII will share your location and estimated time of arrival with users who are expecting your services. If you are a groomer, DOGMII will also share your star ratings and reviews with users.
Mergers/Acquisitions: DOGMII may share your information with others in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.
Processing Claims: We may use the information we collect to investigate or address claims or disputes relating to your use of DOGMII's services, or as otherwise allowed by applicable law. Information connected to claims or disputes may be shared with consultants, lawyers, accountants and other professional service providers including law enforcement officials or other government authorities upon subpoenaed request.
DOGMII retains user profile and other information for as long as you maintain your DOGMII account. DOGMII thereafter deletes such information in accordance with applicable laws. Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time by sending a request to: info@DOGMII.com. Following such request, DOGMII deletes the information that it is not required to retain.
In certain circumstances, DOGMII may be unable to delete your account, such as if there is an outstanding credit on your account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, DOGMII will delete your account as described above.
We may occasionally update this policy. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our services after such notice, you consent to our updates to this policy.
